Who operates RentFlow

RentFlow is part of the Distinct App platform (distinct-app.com), operated by:

What RentFlow does

RentFlow lets businesses (such as skating rinks, bike and kayak hire, and similar equipment rental venues) manage self-service customer check-in, digital waivers, equipment inventory, and online bookings. Customers can book and pay for a session with a business directly through RentFlow.

Bookings and payments

Prices for a booking are set by the business a customer books with, not by RentFlow. Where online payment processing is enabled for a booking, payments are handled by our payment provider, Paystack — RentFlow does not receive or store your full card details. Business accounts

Businesses using RentFlow are responsible for the accuracy of the information, pricing, and policies they publish to their customers, and for keeping their staff account credentials secure. RentFlow is not a party to the rental agreement between a business and its customer.

Acceptable use

• Do not use RentFlow for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another business's account or data.
• Do not disrupt or attempt to interfere with the platform's normal operation.

Liability

RentFlow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, DNF Financial Services is not liable for any loss arising from a business's use of the platform or from the rental services a business itself provides to its customers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of RentFlow after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
